Dupe Olusola Background
Modupere Olusola was born in 1974, in Lagos State. In 1985, her parents enrolled her in Queens College, Lagos, where she obtained her GCE O-levels in 1991. After obtaining her O-levels, Dupe proceeded to the University of Leicester, United Kingdom, where she studied economics and graduated in 1996.
She further obtained her Masters (MSc) in Development Economics from the University of Kent in 1997. Dupe also has certifications in Prince 2, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Investor Management (all from the UK).
She is passionate about the development and empowerment of women, the economic development of under-developed countries, as well as financial inclusion for the disadvantaged in society.
Dupe Olusola is married to the popular life coach, Lanre Olusola (The Catalyst), and they are blessed with two children.

Early Career
Dupe commenced her career journey in 2002, as the SME Manager of African Capital Alliance. She moved to the investor relations department of the UBA group in 2008 and became Director of Resources of Transcorp Nigeria Plc in January 2010.
Teragro
Dupe Olusola’s hard work and intelligence announced her. As such, she received a promotion to oversee Teragro, the Agribusiness subsidiary of Transcorp Plc. So in 2014, Dupe became the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Teragro Commodities Limited.

Group Head Embassies, Multilaterals, And Developmental Organisations
In 2016, she became the Group Head Embassies, Multilaterals, and Development Organizations (EMDOs) and Global Investors Services (GIS) at United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc. She led the team that offered tailored financial solutions to the Embassies, Multilaterals and Developmental Organizations operating in Africa.
As Group Head, the bank experienced a meritorious expansion in its stake in EMDOs and the GIS sector in Africa and beyond.

Dupe Olusola serves as Group Head, Marketing for United Bank for Africa. In this role, she is responsible for the development and delivery of the integrated strategy for all UBA Group Bank and non-bank subsidiaries. She still serves in this capacity as at date.
Appointment As CEO/MD of Transcorp Hotels
Dupe Olusola was appointed as CEO of Transcorp Hotels Plc on the 12th of February, 2020. Her appointment would take effect on the 25th of March, 2020.
Also, she is the founder of the NGO Forty for Good.
