Chris Attoh is a Ghanian actor, film maker, master of ceremony (MC) and TV presenter. He has over a decade experience in TV presenting, producing, on stage and off stage acting. He is popularly known for starring as Kwame Mensah in MNET’s Production, Tinsel (2006-2013).

Having received education in Ghana and the UK, Attoh has gone on to become a hunk in the entertainment industries. Also, he has graced and made several dramatic impact on radio, television, films and ceremonies in Ghana, London, South Africa and other international scenes.

Chris Attoh Biography
He was born Christopher Keith Nii Attoh on May 17, 1979 into a family of four in Ghana. After his primary education, Chris enrolled into Achimota High School, Accra in 1989 before moving to Accra Academy Secondary School, Ghana in 1994.
Subsequently, in 1999, he attended Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). At KNUST, he bagged a B.A Degree in Painting and also did some courses in Graphic Design, 3D Modelling and Basic Animation.
Thereafter, he moved to London in 2004, enrolled into the London Academy of Radio and Television, and earned a certificate in Television Presenting.
Additionally, he has diplomas in Goal Public Relations, Multimedia and Digital Editing -level one, and Film Making and Directing. He earned them from I.C.S College (UK), Sound and Engineering Inst-S.A.E (UK) and New York Film Academy (U.S.A) in 2005, 2005 and 2010 respectively.
Basically, Chris has a sound educational and professional background, which has enabled him soar in his career.

Chris Attoh Personal Life
Attoh was once married to Damilola Adegbite, a beautiful Nigerian actress. Damilola and Attoh met on the set of Tinsel and got married in 2015 after Chris proposed in August 2014.
However, the marriage ended in September 2017, and in October 2018, Chris married Bettie Jennifer, a US-based business woman. Unfortunately, Bettie was shot dead on May 11, 2019 in Maryland, US.
Together with Damilola, Chris has a son, Brian. He was born in September 2014.
His hobbies include watching and making movies, swimming, teaching and dancing salsa, cooking and many more.

Chris Attoh Career
Attoh did his national youth service in Groove Fm, which marked the beginning of his career as an on-air personality. Next, he moved to Choice Fm and later, Kapital Radio, Metro TV, Viasat One Tv, G.T.V, Gh One and other broadcasting platforms in Ghana.
After school, to gain experience in TV presenting, he worked for Original Black Entertainment (OBE T.V) and was also hosting corporate events alongside.
Attoh’s acting career began early enough and shot to limelight in no time. He has featured in blockbuster movies like Happiness is a Four-letter work, A Trip to Jamaica, Sinking Sands, e.t.c
Also, he is a director, and has directed a couple of works such as One More Day (2014). Kintampo (2015), e.t.c He has also hosted shows and have interviewed A-list celebrities like Akon, Rihanna, Jay Z, Brick and Lace, e.t.c

Kindness Foundation
Attoh is a philanthropist who does not make his charity work public. He is a member of the Kindness Foundation. A foundation incorporated in 2015 to inspire people to do an intentional act of kindness everyday. In Kindness Foundation, people jointly undertake projects to show kindness to fellow human beings. The foundation believes that acts of kindness doesn’t have to be monetary or based solely on financial contributions.
Recently, Kindness Foundation distributed 1300 mathematical sets to students in Northern and Volta regions of Ghana, after seeing a picture of a student using cutlass as a straight edge. Also, the team visited 7 schools in the North and 3 schools in the Volta regions and is ever willing to touch more lives with their possessions.
